  Therapist stopped returning texts and phone calls back in April. It was like she just stopped caring about the child with suicidal thoughts she was "treating" :/

  The place is packed, they are booked solidly for months on end leaving them only appts for 2 p.m and morning appts.If you work and can't make it until 3 forget it, you aren't going to get into this facility.... I tried to book an appt for 3 weeks out and they were still booked. They aren't flexible. They won't fit you in not even if you are willing to wait. They won't work with you so that it works for your schedule. Its not just a few of their therapists it every single last one of them. All 14 therapists are booked for weeks out. After finding out all of their availability it was 9:30 a.m and 1 or 2 p.m... Most people work during those times. Why are they seemingly the only mental health providers in the Torrington area and they don't have any availability? I feel like I if don't find a way to fit them in my schedule I won't find a therapist because every therapist off psychology today in torrington worked here with their non-flexible appts 🙄

  Luisa is the best! I’ve been seeing her for 5 months and NEVER leave reviews, but the difference I’ve seen with controlling my emotions is incredible. Nice building to. Thank you.

  The therapists at Tides of Mind Counseling are solid, skilled and compassionate. I would highly recommend this counseling center to anyone looking for mental health support and counseling. They do a wonderful job!
