Hearing instrument specialist John Latte is extremely knowledgeable, and one of the best explainers I have ever come across. I was completely confident in making my choice of hearing aid in the first meeting, thanks to John, and the second appointment (installation) was even more rewarding. John treats everyone like family, and is so lucid in explaining the nuances of the equipment that you feel relaxed as you learn. You can't do better than John Latte for hearing aid help.
