Tolland Internal Medicine, Fieldstone Family Medicine & Coventry Family Practice moved into a newly remodeled office. This is the first facility designed using ProHealth Blueprint. The three practices will now be under one roof and known as Tolland Primary Care. At Tolland Primary Care, our providers will still offer our trusted level of care to patients, but with more efficiency, more resources, and more opportunities.
