  I started seeing Dr. Munro in 2008. I was at my wit’s end with my health — really struggling with extreme fatigue, digestive issues, thyroid issues and adrenal issues. She was so wonderful to me. We figured out what the issues were and they were many and we fixed them one by one until I recovered my health. I can’t recommend her enough! She is absolutely wonderful.

  I went to Dr. Munro on referral from my primary care doctor. Reason, complete inability to lose weight for years and years. I was highly motivated to take Dr. Munro advice. I started the Ultra Lite program on May 10 and as of today August 25 I have lost 29 pounds. Dr. Munro accommodated me with some areas of the food plan I could not use or follow. She did not push her will on me and always tried to find a work around. In four pounds I will transition to maintenence and take a rest. At some point I will revisit the weight loss plan for 10 more pounds. I was really challenged initially with the food plan and the need for a drastic change in my eating habits. The weeks I have been on the plan showed me the many foods I was eating that were preventing weight loss. I feel confident now that I can maintain my weight loss and continue on with healthier eating habits in the future. Eternally grateful to Dr. Munro.

  Dr. Munro is very knowledgeable and has helped me make realistic achievable goals. In 3 months, I’ve been able to identify the root of my biggest issues and come off of some of my pharmaceutical medications (in conjunction with my PCP). Using a plan we made together, I began to eat better, exercise more, and my anxiety has greatly improved. I have recommended her to many friends and co-workers. Her personality also makes you feel completely at ease.

  Dr Munro is excellent..helping me tremendously with getting my cholesterol down, by tackling it through diet exercise n vitimans...I kept getting told the only way was through prescription pills, but there is a way naturally..just call dr munro
