She took time to reviewed the test results with me & provided guidance on how to make reasonable/attainable lifestyle changes. After putting a plan in place, she suggested meeting 1-2x per year, unless I felt more visits were necessary. I appreciate Dr. Munro's expertise in finding a natural, attainable way to help with my issues.

I’ve been to more than 8 doctors and never could figure out what was going on till I step foot in her office. She will go out of her time to help you and call you and actually listen to you. She really cares about her patients and there journey I am so thankful for her and her friendly receptionist I look forward to working with her more in the future.I travel almost an hour to see her and it’s worth it.
- LKLinda KendrickAug 25, 20215.0I went to Dr. Munro on referral from my primary care doctor. Reason, complete inability to lose weight for years and years. I was highly motivated to take Dr. Munro advice. I started the Ultra Lite program on May 10 and as of today August 25 I have lost 29 pounds. Dr. Munro accommodated me with some areas of the food plan I could not use or follow. She did not push her will on me and always tried to find a work around. In four pounds I will transition to maintenence and take a rest. At some point I will revisit the weight loss plan for 10 more pounds. I was really challenged initially with the food plan and the need for a drastic change in my eating habits. The weeks I have been on the plan showed me the many foods I was eating that were preventing weight loss. I feel confident now that I can maintain my weight loss and continue on with healthier eating habits in the future. Eternally grateful to Dr. Munro.
