  I just got blood work done here for my job (i didn’t catch the lovely ladies name) but she was so sweet and gentle & super funny. Great conversations; she made me consider expanding my medical career by looking into being certified as a Phlebotomist as well. Thank you so much for your insight and kind words! * Also very clean facility .

  Extremely rude staff, I was told to come to the lordship location from main st to drop off a sample and they said I had no appt, wouldn’t listen to what I had to say, and sent me away. Best to go to a different location

  Such a bad experience being service here. The wait time is unbearable, even for those who have appointments. Staff is not responding well to questions. No phones are able to be reached and if there’s no one in the waiting room and you have an appointment at a later time, they won’t even see you earlier. This is by far the worst experience ever

  Took forever to come out & when I went in, they didn’t have the test I was scheduled for.
