I even called in the interim and they incorrectly told me they hadn’t arrived. When I called back they said the contacts had arrived months ago. No surprise, I missed the date of my rebate. When I finally picked up my contacts, they pulled the wrong chart and almost charged me three times the amount. Extremely inadequate
