Great session with Jillian. Really helped with my lower back. I will definitely be returning here.

After several days of attempting to resolve this, StretchLab ultimately allowed us to proceed with paying out the contract, despite initially refusing to make an exception for a documented medical condition.
This was a disappointing experience. Based on both our interaction and similar feedback reflected in other reviews, there appears to be a lack of flexibility in how these situations are handled. It’s particularly concerning for a business centered around wellness to take a rigid approach when a legitimate medical issue prevents a client from utilizing the service.
Failing to accommodate legitimate medical conditions—particularly those affecting women’s health—demonstrates a lack of judgment and undermines the credibility of a business that positions itself as wellness-focused.

I had a very disappointing experience here. There was zero flexibility when I needed to cancel due to a family emergency and relocation, which was frustrating enough on its own. What made it worse is that the three-month minimum commitment was never clearly disclosed at sign-up. Policies are one thing, but transparency and basic understanding go a long way—and both were lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend based on how this situation was handled.

Had a similar experience as multiple other people reporting real reviews outside of the sponsored ones with this location not paying attention to medical concerns for reasons to vacate the 3 month subscription. Although privately owned, we have reported to the parent company that runs stretch labs who is now looking into this location and other reviews we shared directly with the contact. Crazy that a wellness place said too bad about my wife’s endometriosis diagnosis and said you still owe us the money even though she was medically advised to pursue other means of managing the pain she was experiencing. Poor business but clearly an experienced owner. We are just going to pay the difference because I’d actually rather have on record the payment alongside the medical communications they didn’t care for as it pertained to our reason for cancelling.
Wish the other locations success but this one is clearly behind the times with woman’s health and running a business
