  They are too busy. Can rarely if never make an appointment. Called, and they said to walk in, but its a 1.5 hour wait even just to drop off a sample. Even when I have had an appointment, the wait time has often been over an hour with 25+ people waiting, the line stretching into the hallway, people sitting on the floor of the hall as the waiting room is packed. Quest needs to expand in CT - build more locations or larger locations. There are also mistakes in my profile with no way to fix them, even when I call corporate.

  I went to the wrong Quest lab and was late for my appointment. Staff was super helpful and took me in on time.

  Very rude lady. Last time I was helped by a guy and he was nice. This time was traumatic.

  Drove to Stamford for an hour each way for ReproSource testing. 7 tubes of blood and a week later I received a phone call that Quest did not ship my sample correctly, therefore I must go back. Giving them 2 stars is generous but I guess it’s just for the available parking and ease of checking in. I’m not even taking into account that my results should have been already in by now in order for my doc to adjust meds accordingly…..
