I've been working with Alex as my personal trainer for almost 2 months now and I've made some serious progress. He really motivates you to work hard and gives great fitness advice. I really enjoy the gym. Great space, ceiling height and overall vibes. Matt does a great job with the boot camp and the workouts are tough but well calculated to last 60 minutes. If I had one request it would be a pull up machine but overall awesome place!

Awesome gym. Personalized instruction if that is what you like, or workout on your own. Fun members, spirited banter. Matt is great.
One positive nuance is the classes are rolling. So you don’t need to be there at 5:50 am for the 6 am class like other gyms. Matt walks you through the class when you get there and there is enough space that multiple starting types by different members do not pose a problem.

This is a great gym. It’s very clean and all the machines are new. I like going here because it’s not too crowded and the owner is helpful and nice. I have been going to gyms my entire life -this one is my favorite.
