Almost a month and a half later, I have not heard back from this office about the contacts and my phone calls go unanswered and my messages are not returned. I filed a compliant with Pearle Vision corporate, but they said that this is an independent location and they cannot assist. It is unfortunate that I have been waiting this long for a product I paid for and never received, but it is more unfortunate that this office fails to answer their phone or return the messages customers leave. From asking around, similar things have happened to other people as well. I was new customer- I'd warn everyone else looking into this location to bring their business elsewhere.
