  I’m incredibly grateful that I found Medi Weight Loss. As someone who has been athletic, active, nutritionally conscious, and well-educated about health for most of my life, I never imagined I’d seek intensive medical support for weight loss as an adult. But as I got older and entered perimenopause, all the things that had always worked for me simply stopped working. For years, I tried to white-knuckle it on my own, doing “everything right,” and still watching the scale creep up. It was frustrating, disheartening, and honestly exhausting. Choosing to get support was a big step — and I’m so glad I took it. From the very beginning, the team at Medi Weight Loss has been warm, welcoming, and deeply nonjudgmental. It’s an inclusive, respectful environment where I’ve always felt listened to and supported. I’ve never once felt pressured to do or take anything. My autonomy and choice are always honored, which matters so much. The nutrition guidance and medical support are thoughtful, thorough, and patient. The staff takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and truly personalize the plan based on my body, my needs, and my feedback. It never feels cookie-cutter — it feels collaborative. I also really appreciate that they work with insurance when possible and offer affordable options when insurance doesn’t apply. That level of accessibility makes a real difference. One of the hardest parts of weight loss is doing it alone. Knowing I’ll see the Medi Weight Loss team every week keeps me motivated, grounded, and inspired to stay the course. That consistency and accountability, paired with genuine care, has been invaluable. Looking back, it almost feels fortuitous that I found this place. Every experience I’ve had has been positive, and I feel supported in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I’m truly glad I made this decision and would wholeheartedly recommend Medi Weight Loss to anyone who’s been struggling on their own and is ready for compassionate, personalized medical support.

  Felt like they scammed me to get in. I called to inquire and was told over the phone my insurance covered me. I get there and they tell me I have to pay 300 dollars for the initial consult (bloodwork, breath test, meet a provider). I find out later they are out of network and I have to meet a deductible. I didn’t move forward with them. I left feeling taken advantage of. It’s a very expensive plan. In order to benefit from the plan they recommend no joke like 6 different supplements you must take daily, shakes is over 100 dollars a month just for that. I called a nutritionist that is covered under my plan, too bad I lost 300 dollars from this place! I deserve my moneyback!!!

  I’ve attended Medi Weight loss for a few years. My experiences have been positive with the center and providers up until my recent last visit in November. I was due for a refill and had a visit with the provider who prior, had discussed my treatment plans which were to call the pharmacy for a refill. Manager Mary checked me out, we discussed my tele-visit and the bill. I even purchased my protein powder and was aware and agreeable to the payment of $200. I planned to schedule my next appt at a later date, as I was going away and didn’t want to miss an appt. The plan was to have her call my prescription in. I called the pharmacy for follow up and they informed me that It was not called in, so they sent a request. Later, I was informed by the pharmacy that the center never responded. I called manager Mary to ask why, she said ”I looked angry, and said I wasn’t coming anymore.” I take issue with the fact that I never said that, and she made a clinical decision to not call in my script, understanding that this is something you cannot just stop. As a professional, she did not clarify, take the time to find out if I plan to continue. I’ve been on my script for a while, and it’s worked, and up until then I was pleased with my care so there was no reason to stop. She decided to go with her own made up narrative and deem me angry. I’m disappointed, hurt, shocked. Not only did she made a decision based on assumption, but continued to argue with me over something I never and denied me treatment. “The provider will not be calling your prescription you have to make an appointment” while my concern was my health, being off the medication for almost 2 weeks her priority was the appointment not my safety for a medication that we can’t just stop cold turkey. The owner reach out and was very kind, professional and worked diligently with the provider to get me back on track. I appreciate the immediate response from the team and it is always a pleasure working with the assistants and providers.

  At medi weight loss the staff is friendly makes you feel at home and teach you step by step how to make it work. I Could not think of any other places I will recommend to anyone for this journey.
