On site tech was fine. Very efficient, good communication about wait time, was happy to explain how one of the machines worked just because I was curious. Note that this is a partially virtual appointment, which you're notified of prior to your appt. Site itself is in the mall by B&N. You're better off parking off Greyrock vs following any directions from Waze or Google Maps - especially if you've never been to the mall. Optometrist left a lot to be desired. Wasn't the most professional and she made a few comments that left me genuinely worried about my vision. Didn't explain any of the test results and how they might've impacted the results when I was being tested for glasses. It was bad enough that I'm seeking a second opinion with an Opthamologist. Her answer at the end was you may need an in-person eval to workup dry eye if her tips didn't help. I've been to other Optometrists who took the time to explain things and kept it very professional. This experience left me feeling like I was just a number in a factory line. Wouldn't come back here because of her. The tech was great, however, and she passed my info along to the Opthamologist's office, along with a referral. She's the only saving grace and why this place isn't getting 1*.
