  I had a terrific experience at Empowered Aerial Fitness! It was such a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment I walked in. I truly can’t say enough about how kind and professional the staff were. Tara, the instructor for the beginner aerial yoga class, was a phenomenal teacher. She was incredibly present and observant with each student, offering thoughtful guidance while making the class uplifting, empowering, and relaxing. The owner, Eileen, was also very kind and I could tell she truly cares deeply about her clients and the overall experience she creates. I highly recommend Empowered Aerial Fitness!

  What an absolute gem of a studio! Beginner to advanced hammock, pole, and hoop with TONS of classes every day! This is the perfect place to start :)

  Empowered AF is a great place to visit! I always look forward to my classes and always come out feeling fulfilled and more energetic than when I walked in. The instructors are all amazing at what they do and great at passing their information on. The staff are also super awesome to chat with! Aileen has really cultivated a great community that is super welcoming and I'm very happy to be apart of.

  I took the Liquid Motion class as my first class to get my feet wet & it was so much fun!!! Even as a beginner! Amy was an amazing instructor who took her time to make sure I kept up with the rest of the class and also made sure my postures were correct & safe to prevent injury. Loved my first class! 10/10 can't wait to join more!
