  Just got kicked out of GNC on queen street by this employee Dave! I was there with my 5 year old son to buy a few items. My son accidentally knocked down one of the shelves by the the register and this dude abruptly told my son to stop touching everything in the store. I apologized got down to fix the shelf and this dude continued to talk in loud and mean manner to my son. So I stood up and said screw this you can’t speak to my son this way. I apologized to you and I’m fixing it and I’ll pay if anything is broken but you don’t have the right to speak to my son like this. He came from behind the counter almost pushing me and told me to leave the store because I am being hostile. He took out his phone and said he is calling the security to kick me out (AS I WAS LEAVING ON MY OWN). Then he got mad on the phone with someone because they said security is off today. He got mad with the person on the phone and screamed (why is security off on a Sunday). We left the store and he followed us outside to video tape my son and I for being hostile towards him. A big buffed dude felt a dad and his 5 year old son was being hostile. This won’t stop here, I’m posting his face on Facebook, yelp And already called GNC customer service. This A Hole doesn’t deserve to work in customer service. My son made a mistake and I apologized and was fixing it but how this employee handled the situation has no place to be the face of a company!

  our customer service experience with Albin at this location was def exceptional & memorable enough for my bf & I to leave this review; vry friendly/personable & welcoming, in a way that seemed perfectly balanced between genuine/not fake/too over-the-top or salesy/pushy, and professional yet casual/approachable/relatable, all while demonstrating an impressive lvl of knowledge with any given health topic or question asked, regardless if general or product-specific..tbh, the best quality interaction both of us have evr had at a store like this...we left feeling vry satisfied that he'd bn the one there to help us out & that we'd rly gotten the most out of our trip there in every aspect, & left with the best value & feeling happy with our well-informed decisions--which we were well enabled to make due to his excellent expertise & apparent drive to ensure each person was treated the best he could & got exactly what they needed & wanted...esp after he'd taken the care & time to answer all our questions & explain the comparisons, as well as promotions available that were specific to what we were looking for. ...outstanding service, we will def both return & recommend!
