  I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option. Today I waited over three hours for an appointment that I had scheduled. All we needed was a quick blood draw. Nobody came out to say anything of why they were running late. 17 people were in the waiting room! While I was there for three hours, only three people went inside to get their blood taken. Two people were working. When we finally got called in, her area reeked of marijuana and she was horribly rude and could not find the dr order online. She told us we had to leave and try again. When I called the doctor in the car, the doctor confirmed the order was right where it should be online. Will never go back here!

  Drop off appointment to 12-30 I got only 1 PM and some people with appointment after 12-45 tested before me.

  The ABSOLUTE WORST scheduling ever. You can’t even talk to anyone. The automated scheduling isn’t working, no live person to be transferred to…absolutely horrible service. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. If I had a phone number to call and complain, I would. But this place LOVES to keep you in LIMBO.
