  My wife has been a patient of Miracle Ear for the past 4 years. I always attend appointments with her and having hearing aids myself(with a different provider because of a work related injury) I have to say this Miracle -Ear Center is a very professional, friendly, well managed and efficiently operated business. You are not just a face or a number to them, you are a real person! Joanna, the office receptionist is very personable, sociable, welcoming, very flexible with scheduling appointments to meet your individual needs and always a pleasure to work with. And she always gives you a courtesy phone call reminder of your upcoming appointment. Yvonne Hatt, resident Hearing Instrument Specialist, is very sociable, professional, treats her patients with great care, a pleasure to work with and always makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! My wife is more than satisfied with the service Yvonne provides each time she sees her. I feel it’s import’s to know Yvonne doesn’t just provide a hearing aid service to you and then call it a day. She provides much more than that and is very quick to tell you that if you have any issues or questions outside of your appointment do not hesitate to call me! Certainly gives you a warm fuzzy feeling that you won’t be left out in the cold after you leave your appointment. She has always treated my wife and I with respect and kindness and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable and well versed in the anatomy of the ear and explains in detail all aspects of your hearing issues, concerns and needs on a level you can understand. On a recent visit with my wife she asked me how my hearing aids were working out and I mentioned I was having an issue with one of them and wasn’t able to have my provider review it for reasons I won’t go into here. Without hesitation she asked me to remove it, checked it over and found the wax guard was plugged. She replaced the guard and cleaned both aids. I was taken aback to say the least by her kindness and thoughtfulness for doing what she did for me and very appreciative! Bottom line, Yvonne and Joanna are a credit to Miracle Ear but moreover to Hearing Centers everywhere! I highly recommend them!
