  I had an amazing experience at Stretchlab Shelton with the trainer Tommy. Upon completion of my services for a few months in the beginning of the summer last year I had told them that I was done and appreciated the service I had received. Months later I was billed over $400, mistakes happen I understand so I called to rectify the situation. I called many times to management and began to get frustrated as I was getting a run around. I finally was told that I had to fill out a cancellation form that I was not told about months prior when I ended my service and that I would be refunded after I did. I then proceeded to fill out the form and waited for my refund which never was issued. I called multiple times looking for my refund and was unsuccessful so I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Again my service with Tommy was awsome, however my experience with management was terrible. Keep an eye on your billing. I understand mistakes happen however after I tried to give them a fair chance to make it right they gave me a run around and that is no way to run a business.
