  The appointment system is tragically broken. A repeating theme is there are no appointments available in the booking system for the next day, but I ignore that that, hope for the best and go regardless only to find I first in line. There's plenty of availability in spite of what the reservation system says.

  The lab technician ALWAYS finds my vein easily the first try even though my veins are deep. With the appointment scheduled, there was no wait. The technician was friendly and pleasant. Great experience once again!

  There are never any appointments first thing in the morning, even weeks out. If you walk in, there is no one to talk to if you have issues, no way to readjust your standby status if you have to leave after waiting close to an hour, no restrooms available. Either hire more techs and open more appointments early in the morning or hire a receptionist. Ridiculous.

  The appointment process is easy and straightforward and they send out reminders which are very helpful. It was a simple click on the cell phone to check in and they called us right at our appointment time. And RN is not available to access my wife’s port, but we had a fantastic phlebotomist named Cinella to draw the blood from my wife’s very small veins. Thank you Cinella!
