  I've been to this location before and not had any issues. This time when I tried to make an appointment online, there was nothing available for over a week, so I went as a walk-in hoping they could fit me in. I arrived at 3:25 and checked in at the kiosk. There was no one else waiting. A few minutes later, the tech came out and said "I'll take you but next time you need to make an appointment, after a certain time we don't take walk ins." (This is posted nowhere, by the way, and they are open until 4.) Everyone knows a blood draw takes only a few minutes, so I was surprised and a bit offended, to be honest. Once she went to draw my blood she had to fish around for a vein and then switch arms. I am giving two stars because she did end up doing the blood draw, but I definitely won't be returning to this location again.
