  I've been here for a few weeks. They do a great job of taking care of me. Clean facility and nice staff! I will be back in the future if I need more help!

  I came here for short term rehab. I'm leaving better than I came in and I am grateful for the staff at Villa Maria.

  I recently worked with Brandy to get a patient to Villa Maria. We had a great experience and everyone was very communicative.

  Called Villa Maria numerous times to get my girlfriend moved closer to home. Brandy, the admissions person, only returned one phone call. I’ve called numerous times, afterwards, to get an update on if it’s possible to move my gf there. She returned my first call saying they have no beds available but would let me know when one was available. This was a month ago, and no response from Brandy. After calling numerous times, leaving my name and number and requesting her to call me for an update, no calls were returned. This is horrible service from a company. She should be terminated as their admissions representative. Alls I needed…wanted was a return call giving me an update or an explanation as to what was going on. I got nothing. I wouldn’t put my cat in this place now, if this is how they treat people. Big thumbs down for Villa Maria. Instead of leading people along, at least call and offer an explanation. Horrible service.
