The experience, from start to finish, was beyond my expectations and truly well-deserved of a five-star review. Dr. Chiu is simply fantastic—professional, caring, and so understanding. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. His entire team is just as wonderful. The receptionist (who I believe is the main contact) was excellent at keeping me organized with timely appointment reminders and follow-up calls. I always felt like a priority. I had the gastric sleeve procedure, and I am so happy with the results. The hospital staff was amazing, and my recovery was much smoother than I anticipated, with minimal pain. Choosing this facility and Dr. Chiu was the best decision I've ever made. I couldn't be happier with my results.
