  I've never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes for an appointment. The people there are both friendly and efficient. It's almost fun to go there!

  First time at this location but won’t be the last time. Walked right in on a Saturday afternoon with no wait time after checking in by text. My phlebotomist Amanda was great. She was efficient, professional and friendly. I was in and out!

  Just left this facility and I had a 5 star experience! My phlebotomist Tameka was amazing. Kind, gentle, skilled, and extremely personable. I was taken on time. No wait. Check in was quick and easy via the kiosk in the waiting room. This is the only lab I use for blood draws! No one enjoys this experience but the staff here today made an anxious visit a much more pleasant one.
