This Lenscrafters has a very comfortable & friendly environment. Just ask for Peter to have someone who will answer all questions, explain everything, & try to fulfill the (usually difficult) demands that I have! It is a comfortable & easy experience (not like one I had there several years ago with a different group). Peter made this easy & I learned a lot about lenses & frames. This is the place to go.

This place is an absolute joke. I had my eyes checked at King eye group and I needed new lenses. I sat with the manager He measured my eyes for progressive glasses and told me they would be in a week or so. I went there when they came in, he told me it would take him an hour to cut the The lenses so I left and went to lunch. When I came back, he had gone to lunch in the middle of working on my lenses who tell someone one hour and then goes to lunch in the middle of working on your lenses. This place is a joke and I don’t recommend anyone going to LensCrafters

My wife and I went in to look through the frame selection and were greeted by a young lady who couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. Her name was Anna. She gave us her undivided attention and was extremely knowledgeable (and patient) throughout. Top notch customer service.

The sales associate I worked with Anna was so pleasant and knowledgeable along with very patient with helping me decide on the frames that I will be very happy with for both looks and comfort. She was so helpful with explaining my options for progressive lenses along with finding the best price between with my Medicare plan price and LensCrafters sale promotion.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
