  Been seeing Andrea for a few years now and have always gotten great care. Staff is awesome as well!

  I used to enjoy visiting Andrea, but over time (maybe as her business grew?) she has become less pleasant to work with. My appointments would regularly get canceled the morning of. I felt that she was very dismissive of several things that I wanted to speak to her about, so I never even brought up my biggest concerns for fear of being dismissed out of hand. The final straw was when I had a really bad cough for two months and she tried to treat it like she had done in the past, but it didn't work, so I asked for a referral to GI. After a time we had gotten no response, so we asked again. My husband said that if we cannot get the referral that we need, we would have to seek care with another office. Her response was an extremely passive-aggressive referral, saying that I "refused treatment" (which I had not) and that I "demanded" the referral. She then removed me and my entire family from her client list. So be warned if you do not do EXACTLY as you are told and if you place any expectation on her at all to be an actual care provider, don't bother here. Side note, but her staff are also usually very rude.

  I had Andrea as a primary when she was working out of plainfield/moosup, and found her again after my insurance changed. She provided me with great care, and was very kind.
