  This place is a great fiasco 10 minute no person in the lobby I am the only person and 2 lady's inside and didn't call me

  Billing department is horrible. Trying to view a bill on line. Told me i signed up for paperless and they used my credit card on file to charge me . I never signed up for this and now because the bill was paid i cant view it. Calling customer service ..on hold for over an hour.

  A very nice and soft spoken young black gentleman took care of me here today. I dread getting blood drawn bc they always have a very tough time finding my veins. But this guy is very good at his job. He found my vein quickly and was able to draw blood on the first try! I was impressed. Way to go guy, and thank you!
