  Very easy, waited about fifteen minutes. Took about three minutes for the procedure. Parking was a little bit frustrating.

  The ONLY reason this Quest is getting 5 stars is because my girl Betsy there carried the weight of Quest on her BACK. I hope someone who is in charge of her schedule/pay sees this cuz Betsy deserves the best! What started as a miserable healthcare experience due to doctors, insurance all of that, Betsy turned my day AROUND. She handled my shit (literal stool sample) like a champ and she was so personable. I went in with low expectations cuz let's be real, its Quest. But I left my appointment with her with a smile on my face, teary eyed because I finally felt seen by a provider, and a much better view on our healthcare knowing that there are people like Betsy who still exist in healthcare who actually cares about the person sitting across from them. Thank you Betsy for being the bright light that shines through our poor system. #betsydeservesaraise

  The older female phlebotomist was incredibly rude and tried to cancel my SCHEDULED appointment because it was her “lunch time”. I’ve been trying to find an appointment time that coincided with my lunch time as I work full time. I’ve recently been diagnosed with cancer and have been needing to get my labs done. I argued that I had a scheduled appointment time and she continued to fight me on it asking if I was going to “shut my mouth”. She stated she was going to be filing an “incident report” so that I can’t leave a bad review. So now I’m leaving a bad review under a friend’s account. Do NOT recommend going to this quest. Disgusting behavior. Xoxo Nikki
