  I absolutely love it here down to the moment when you're welcomed inside. It's a very warm and accommodating establishment, Dr. Levine is really an amazing doc he's very thorough and caring would highly recommend

  I had a very disappointing experience trying to get in touch with CT Podiatry & Foot Surgery. Over the course of four days, I called both their Norwich and North Windham locations a total of eight times. Each time I managed to get through, the receptionist repeatedly asked me to spell my name, only to eventually request that I fax my details over and wait for a callback. Despite complying with this request, the follow-up was just as frustrating; I was asked to spell my name again and was told I would receive a callback. Sadly, no one returned my calls. As someone suffering from gout, I was in urgent need of professional help, but it seems like they were not interested in providing the assistance I needed. Very disheartening experience overall.

  Really upset with the service I have received, I called the office two days in a row and was promised that I would receive a call back, and as yet I have not heard back. I feel that the doctor does not want me as a patient, I have not been told if he ever wants me to return for a follow up, and have not been given any instructions as to what to do. I think I will need to go to someone else
