  I recently made an appointment for my son. I was seen on time. Unfortunately my son's doctor did not properly process my order. Donovan was extremely understanding and patient while I got my order resubmitted. He was at the end of shift and had to leave for the day. Thankfully he made a request with Hugo to ensure we had our blood drawn. Both techs were extremely professional and empathetic. My family uses this Quest site for all our lab requirements. Both Donovan and Hugo have drawn blood for our family quickly and with great expertise. These guys are the best! Thank you!

  This is my second time having Donovan do my blood draw. As a person who is nervous about needles, he was so lovely and soft spoken and put me right at ease. He is wonderful. We are very lucky to have a convenient location with such great staff.

  Great experience at Quest with Hugo, who took my blood. He was excellent - no pain, no bleeding and no black and blue after the fact. Took me right on time (I had an appointment) and the whole thing was complete in 10 minutes. Super!
