- MPMike PFeb 14, 20261.0I had an exam with my son and purchased his glasses that same day. I came back two days later to buy mine for the same price as I was told 48 hours earlier and the price was vastly different. At first they tried to explain it away, then when pressed they started stripping out unnecessary add ons that they slipped in without mentioning. Even so they still couldnt make the prices match what I was told 2 days prior (and actually purchased for my son with the same insurance). This place went from a legit visit on Thursday to feeling like a back alley scam on Saturday. I won't shop here ever again.

However, Tamika, called around to two local Pearle Visions and got me an appointment. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Pearle Vision Norwalk has a customer for life because of your outstanding customer service.
