- MPMike PFeb 14, 20261.0I had an exam with my son and purchased his glasses that same day. I came back two days later to buy mine for the same price as I was told 48 hours earlier and the price was vastly different. At first they tried to explain it away, then when pressed they started stripping out unnecessary add ons that they slipped in without mentioning. Even so they still couldnt make the prices match what I was told 2 days prior (and actually purchased for my son with the same insurance). This place went from a legit visit on Thursday to feeling like a back alley scam on Saturday. I won't shop here ever again.

I've always been treated well by all employees but I have to single out Rob especially. I have a pretty strong prescription and he has always gone over and above the call of duty to get me exactly what works best for me. In addition, I tend to ask a lot of questions about lens material, coatings etc. and Rob has always been very patient with me and clearly explains everything - even providing information I couldn't find online. The level of detailed, personal attention and service I've received from Rob and the staff at the Norwalk Pearle Vision could never be replicated by any online vendor and get my highest recommendation.
