This time they had the new telehealth setup where a technician does the exam and a doctor video calls in for the prescription portion of the exam. The technician seemed capable and intelligent but also was sniffling the entire time. This is a medical exam where the tech is very close to your face in small rooms, no one should be working while sick or without a respirator mask. The last time I was here I thanked the doctor for her mask wearing and she responded 'this is a medical office, of course we mask'. What changed?

He is such a lovely guy! He immediately understood my taste, and his attention to the customer is second-to-none. He explained the pricing in a very clear manner, and helped me decide on add-ons.
