- SHSyed HaiderFeb 22, 20261.0Very disappointed. Ordered new temples for my wingback sq frames. Was told I had to order 2 pairs for $66/pair; so I paid $132. Only 1 pair arrived and was told that was my full order. The screws they used to attach the new temples are too large(see pic). They stated the original Oakley screws disintegrate when removed from frame. The reps at store seemed not to have any ideas on how to solve issues properly, and instead blamed me for pointing out issues( Missing parts, screws too large). So LensCrafters, you need better quality on all fronts.
