His bedside manner is limited and had no feeling about causing me a lot of pain getting cortisone shots in my big toes. I now know the difference going somewhere else-orthopedic specialty group- plus he made the biggest mistake asking me about my politics.Large ego not appreciated
- TWTom WilsonMar 4, 20262.0Dr. Patel is a surgeon and surgery is what he will continually push you toward, claiming benefits from (bunion) surgery that other podiatrists have told me are simply not realistic. He was helpful to me but his constant drumbeat about the miracle of surgery caused me to find another podiatrist.
- ISI Am SuperwomanMay 20, 20241.0All of your employees are disrespectful; from the receptionist to Dr Patel. Took almost two weeks to book an appointment as his receptionists were so rude. Dr Patel did not properly inform me of the necessary factors of surgery. When I asked reasonable questions pertaining to a rushed surgery (he did not confirm if I actually needed surgery), like what would be my restrictions following surgery and if there was any alternatives, he became frustrated and disrespectful towards me. He showed lack of empathy and listening to his patients concerns. Would never go back there and definitely would not recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would.
