  My feedback and comments have to do with the Quest patient handling software, not the employees. I had to get a prompt blood draw and initially went to the Stony Hill Bethel location as a walk in. The phlebotomists are trained to rely on just your software as to which patient is next and I ended up having to wait there over 2 hrs because the software isn't smart enough to figure out how to slip someone in even if the next scheduled appt is there. I would have been there longer, perhaps much of the day had it not been for one of the employees to call down the street to the Newtown office to get the ok to send me over there. I only needed to wait maybe 15 to 20 minutes there. Quest needs to make the patient handling software smarter to not put customers through this hell. The 3 minutes it ultimately took to service me would not have had any significant impact on subsequent scheduled patients

  Clean waiting rm & the techs were REALLY nice! I am a tough blood draw usually & my experience here was incredible. Highly recommend

  I went to quest diagnostics this morning without an appointment. I’m leaving to go on vacation and was scrambling to finish a laundry list of things I needed to get done. I didn’t realize that it’s not strictly walking anymore. They do prefer people to go online and make an appointment which I understand. I think that makes it smoother for everyone involved. Having said that the woman that was working this morning told me she would be happy to squeeze me in. It was early in the morning and in addition to being very nice she had a big smile on her face. I was in and out and had service with a smile. One less thing to do.

  The technician was excellent But on her own, with the room full of people. Her supervisor was there and did not help but just criticized her being Behind the time schedule and then left.

  No wait for service. Phlebotomist was kinda friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. Parking lot is a bit weird. Missed the turn the first time.
