((( I guess I had to leave one for my post to get through.))I have been calling and leaving messages since Sept 8, left a few to Chris Liquiri and he told my special needs nephews physical therapist that he declines helping me get him a shower chair. I called and left various messages to Ron Sherry the supervisor, one by VM and I called and an email was sent. I gave them over 48 hours to call me back. I called again and they suggested I take it to escalation, which I did. Spoke with Michael and I even have an escalation number.Michael said expect a call from Ron in 48 hours. It’s been over 72 hours. I decide to call back and another lady told me that Ron wrote in his file that I had to call the other company from his non functioning chair to make adjustments. How hard is it to call a customer back!? I left Michael from corporate another message and still no call back. I don’t understand. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional I really don’t comprehend. It’s a company for people in need. Whether the insurance covers it or not, it’s about communication and caring for special needs that counts for me. Very disappointed.
