- MSMrs. ShneckMar 9, 20261.0I went last summer for new glasses. I told the girl I wanted something modern and on sale. She had only 2 pairs that were on sale. Both looked like chinzy old woman glasses! I decided on 1 of those. The glasses don't fit properly, constantly fall down the bridge,too close to my eyelids,and I have to constantly have to clean the lenses. The ear pieces go to far back on my head. Never again! Never! I paid a lot even though on sale....for garbage! Train your employees properly to make a correct fitting!

Her kindness stood out to me, she was so sweet during my decision process to pick out frames. She was very supportive and I did not feel rushed or persuaded in any way! Melanie walked me through and explained the pick up process (which I’ve had issues with at a Westfarms location). She wanted to make sure I was aware when my order came in and I got my glasses, which is the most important part! I left feeling very happy about my choice of frames, and very grateful for Melanie’s help!
