  I’ve had a great experience with CT Workout. The cleanliness here is excellent—everything is always well-kept and organized, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. The professionalism of the staff really stands out as well. Everyone is respectful, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what they do. One thing I especially appreciate is how safe I feel whenever I’m here. It’s a welcoming environment where you can relax and know you’re in good hands. Overall, I truly enjoy coming here and highly recommend CT Workout to anyone looking for a place that values cleanliness, professionalism, and customer comfort.

  Place is like high-school all over again. Ben and his team gossip about everyone with each other and with other members. They want you to believe they sincerely care until you’re no longer paying for the more expensive memberships. You are just a dollar sign to them. I attended 5group trainings and 3individual trainings a week for 2months. When I told them I’d be downgrading to just group training 3x a week, they completely stopped responding to the multiple emails I sent. No professionalism! The floor is disgusting too, I don’t recommend lying on it without a pad. They disinfect nothing, some members disinfect what they use but I’ve never seen anyone that works there clean or disinfect ANYTHING in the two months I was a member, attending 1-2hrs a day. P.S. It’s obvious Ben pays for his 5star reviews. Probably exactly where your money goes because it’s not going into cleaning or repairing/replacing equipment 😂 Hence why he only responds to the bad reviews and thanks no1 for the good reviews. No need to thank them when you’ve paid to have them posted 🤣

  I’ve always been the type of person who’s been scared to enter the gym, but the folks here are so supportive and make it easy to show up. Started my fitness journey in May of this year and feel stronger every week. As a complete beginner the sessions help me with my form and I can be confident that I’m targeting the right muscles. I’ve lost 45 pounds since joining with another major contributor being meal planning and nutrition. Accountability was an important factor, it really helps drive that push to show up. Can’t wait to get even more stronger. I’ve really learned how to be consistent here and achieve my goals. I highly recommend you start here!
