- RLRichard LoachMar 24, 20262.0Good job on my 16 year olds wisdom teeth. However, the fact the doctor prescribed hydrocodone for a teenager post-extraction borders on negligence and prescription abuse. This is a serious opioid and entry drug to heroine and fentanyl, and the dentist thought it would be ok to let a 16 year old have it. The correct protocol should have been to suggest Tylenol and ibuprofen, beyond that go to the doctor if the pain becomes too unbearable

I was prescribed anti-anxiety medication and tried laughing gas for the first time and the procedure felt like it was done in seconds. I was also prescribed opioids for pain but did not take them. OTC pain medicine was fine.

They all went out of there way to ensure I felt at ease & comfortable , through the whole process. For someone like me who is afraid of the dentist, I strongly recommend Dr. Sanfilippo and his team, for your dental “surgery or implants”. FIVE STARS!!!!
