    Walked in today because I'm having serious health problems and need to have testing done. There was literally no one here so I checked myself in as a walk in. An extremely rude woman walked out and told me that they will only take me if someone cancels an appointment (again there was literally no one there) and I HAD TO make an appointment despite the fact that it says walk ins welcome. She was extremely rude about it and pretty much tried to push me out the door while I was waiting. Needless to say, I will never use this location again. Maybe try to hire people who have any kind of good manners or kindness. Struggling with my health is bad enough and to deal with someone who was such a rude person really made things worse on me.

    When I showed up at 9:00 there was zero people in the waiting room and I thought this was the perfect time to do a walk-in I could not have been more wrong. After a few minutes of using the tablet, because cost cutting got rid of the receptionist I was checked in to do my walk in but the tablet did recommend I make an appointment instead of a walk-in and the earliest appointment was over 2 and 1/2 hours later. As I'm sitting waiting there, I can see the TV says there are 13 people who have an appointment this hour. About 5 minutes after sitting there. I've already seen two people leave who wanted to do a walk-in but they left. And when a worker came out she told me I needed to make an appointment and could not do a walk-in. Please don't offer walk-ins if you can't do it because you are so understaffed. Honestly if I could pay out of pocket for anything I do work related that they want to send me to quest I would. They're on a quest to increase profits which decreases customer satisfaction but they don't care because it increases profit.

    Sheila was a great tech. Fast, efficient, and I had a painless blood draw with no bruising after the fact!

    Very efficient system and app, easy to make an appointment and provide all information ahead. After phone check in, was called in no time. Very friendly and kind staff. The New London location has never disappointed me!

    Latisha and Sheila were absolutely amazing with my one-year-old. I was extremely anxious walking in, and they immediately put both my child and me at ease. Their kindness, patience, and gentle approach exceeded my expectations. I know it may seem like something small, but as a parent, it meant everything to feel supported and understood in such a stressful moment. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion they showed us.
