An associate by the name of Gabby immediately introduced herself as I walked in and asked if I needed assistance. I took her offer and she was able to pull several frames that I could choose from and we were able to narrow it down very quickly. She was very nice, and efficient. I had no idea what the name of my vision insurance was and she was able to quickly look that up for me as well. She informed me of the benefits that was offered to me through my insurance and submitted my insurance claim for me. I had a great experience and the process was very smooth.
