  The young gentleman (unfortunately I don’t know his name) tech is who I look for and have been blessed enough to get him EVERYTIME!! He is so kind and gentle that I can watch him insert the needle and get it right the first time, everytime. That hadn’t always been my experience with Quest. His consistency is what makes that the location of my choice!

  The sign in was a snap and I was called right on time. The Phlebotomist was kind, caring and very gentle.

  Andrew the phlebotomist at Sherman ave New Haven location was the best in all my life that I’ve ever had draw blood. He was calm and comforting and was able to not have to draw again after an order mistakenly not sent by DR was sent hours later and I made another appointment on the same day. He remembered and said he took care of the amount that was already taken to split for the additional tests! Very professional and kind as was all the staff that day. I will definitely be back even if we have to pay for parking unlike other quest locations he made it all worth it and more!
