  Tniya was my only good experience while visiting Yale health and she works for quest. She was kind and listened to me. I would wait an hour again for her to take my blood bc she didn’t give me any extra bruises or make me pass out.

  This site is prompt and I alway have my appointment on time. Greeted with a smile. I like my blood testing fast and furious (ok not furious) but fast so I don't feel that needle. I did not feel a thing, which is kind of rare.

  This is the most horrible place to go for lab tests, they do gets paid , they are not working for free and I came from Russia and in Russia you don’t wait two hours when you have an appointment and people supposedly be kind and smile and treat you like a human being . They dont even care to provide any form of care and understanding and they have no place to check in jackets. I am a doctor who came from Russia absolutely shocked about the poor quality and conditions of American hospitals and healthcare. They just simply money generated companies. Humans here is just a number to make extra dollar.

  Be prepared to wait over an hour in a waiting room. It has been consistent for a couple of months. It used to be in and out but now it’s really bad.
