  Huge bill 1 year after the fact because the organization did not have their billing practices set up correctly. This is not a comment on the therapists, but the administration did a horrible job and their billing partner, Optum, was an unbelievable pain to deal with. Edit: I thought it was hilarious that the phone number provided by the practice just forwards you back to Optum to talk to their billing department. Avoid this practice if you value transparency with financials – money, kind of important to most people?

  The prescriber here mistakenly put me on meds meant to be taken 2x a day written out and prescribed only enough pills for 1x a day. For an entire year I was severely fatigued and felt very sick 95% of the time. By chance my GP noticed I was prescribed this medication incorrectly. Within days of changing this med I felt better. Beware.
