They are lazy and rude.. they expect you the do their job and call around to different pharmacies to see if a medication is available because they seem to always be out of stock of absolutely everything. They also ask YOU to call the doctor back and ask to send a different dose over when I explained that there is a PHARMACY option to bypass the long hold times that I can not press because I am not a pharmacist. They still did not care and state that I have to call. I work in Healthcare and I know for a 100% FACT that is not my job. And to top it all off there is a woman there that does not know how to pronounce any single medication or remember the simple doses so maybe she shouldn't be working with medication. Won't be going here anymore.
- TJTanja St. JeanMay 1, 20191.0After I was waiting in the ice cold store for 45 minutes, I was finally told that they where having issues with the way my last name is spelled in their system and that it did not match the spelling on my card...that they are waiting for IT to call them back to figure it out. I was told that they will call me to let me know when my meds are ready. Two days later I call to inquire about the status of the situation and she asked me if I called my insurance company!! The agreement was for her to call me. I have gotten prescriptions before with my insurance and had never a issue. I did call my Insurance company however to see if there was a issue and there is none.
