I always place my refills for my medicine DAYS in advance from when I need it. my refills have never been ready on time even after the fact, and when I call to check if my prescriptions are ready the day of the confirmation text, I have been consistently told that they don’t know when they’ll get my items in stock. and when I call to ask in regards to it as they tell me to do, hours later, I consistently get an attitude with the same answer, OR miraculously, my items have been available for pick up after the fact of my morning call that same day, with no follow up text or call to myself to let me know. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for a while now given they are my neighborhood pharmacy, but after todays experience between my husband and myself, we will no longer be using them. Do better.
