  As always, Candlewood Dental provides great dental services with friendly staff. I have been using Candlewood for over a decade and can say their level of care is consistently top notch.

  The day started well with my cleaning and X-rays. Unfortunately, one of my crowns had to be replaced since there was evidence of decay below the crown. Amazingly, I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The crown replacement went well with no residual pain after two days. The biggest pain points were (1) when the dentist slipped with her drill and hit the inside of my lip which is still painful and swollen and (2) where the assistant placed the X-ray device inside my mouth and scraped the tissue below my tongue which is still painful. The assistant looked tired since it was now 7 pm and wasn't being careful. I am grateful that the crown was replaced successfully, but I am surprised that the other two areas of my mouth are still painful. But all things heal in time!
