  Zero customer service no one answers the phone. They are trying to overcharge me and I called and verified with my insurance that I shouldn't be receiving any extra fees yet they insist that on there end it shows that I must pay them even though my insurance card has 0 deducible printed on e the card and they refuse to speak to my insurance representative on the phone just want to take my money. Don't know what Hartford Hospital would allow this business in the building and refer people to them

  There is no person upfront to check if your requisition is here or not they will make you wait outside for 45 minutes and tell you that they don’t have a requisition. Very poorly run place will never return.
