  Today I had one of many amazing visits at New Britain Dental Arts. I never write reviews for anything but today I feel that great people deserve a shout out!!! :) Every time I go there I feel like Dr. Lechner respects my time and makes me feel comfortable. I like how the numbing injection do not hurt me at all. That is usually the part that I'm scared of the most. The dentist uses some kind of vibration device and I learned later on that it tricks the nerves, so the injections are pain free. We spoke in detail about today's treatment plan and the future work ahead. He explains everything well and in easy to understand terms. Dr. Lechner is very approachable and the staff is very nice and helpful, always welcoming me with a smile. :)
