Dr. Fedus and all the staff at Target Optical in New Britain were lovely. Dr. Fedus has such a gentle, kind demeanor. Very calming. I like that she explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Luis assisted me with finding a couple of new frames. He was personable and patient - I'm definitely that lady trying on 37 frames. The scheduling was flexible, people were kind, and there are options for every budget and style. It was my first time going to this optometrist office after having been with my previous optometrist for over 15 years and I will certainly return!
