  Urgent care is good because they give you the appointment the same day, but they leave you waiting for 2 hours in the room

  The New Britain office/walkin was so friendly. From the front desk girl to the assistant who took my BP then finally to the doctor. Everyone was helpful,quick, and efficient all with a smile and a great attitude. Theyre a good team.

  I made an appointment for ten o’clock. Assuming that I would be out in enough time to get to work. I was there for an X-ray not a sick visit. The X-ray tech is only there occasionally. I need to see an X-ray tech yet I’m left sitting an hour for the one provider for what exactly? Nobody cared that it took me two weeks to have time to get an X-ray. And I walked out so I’m still waiting. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

  For coming in as walking and being new to the area the team was very efficient. They listened to our needs and made sure both of my kids were seen at the same time. With only having one doctor on hand I have to saw he was excellent and his bedside manner was great.

  The service is fine, they’re nice. besides the wait times. It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment AND show up early, they will take whoever goes up to the counter and complains next. Definitely do not come here if you’re on a time crunch, appointments don’t matter. i made an appointment at 2:00, it is currently 4:30 and i have had half of my appointment conducted. the workers sit on their phones at the desk even when you speak up about the wait time. i made an appointment because of prior commitments i had to cancel as this appointment is for a new employer. do NOT come here, they do not value your time or money. 0/10
