You will find yourself waiting for the machine you want to use, and they are often out of order. Half of the employees sit on their phone at the front, never bothering to pay any attention to what goes on. The roof has been known to leak, with buckets being placed on the floor, resulting in an unsafe environment for working out. The only positive is that it’s usually clean. Transfer to the Waterbury location or find a different gym; after all, it is planet fitness.
